We bought a Nissan Frontier from Eric in December 2024. He was very professional and informative of the process. The finance people, Kim and another young man, were also very nice. We were in and out in about 3 hours. The best car buying experience ever and love our new truck! We also went back the next day as our key said low battery and they replaced the battery for free.
Fast service, was going out of town and they were able to get my car in for service 2 days before we were leaving. Good job!
Gary is always helpful and does what he can to help the customer.

My first time going into illini Nissan everybody was super nice to me I just had to go in there to have them check one of my tires I thought I would have to make an appointment I did not they took me right away worked on my car right then and they were very accommodating I'm definitely going to take my car into them from now on

Service was good- Gary was upfront about how long it would take! Absolutely no problem with him- prices are high but it was my choice to go there- my problem-- which he had nothing to do with- is renting the car! You should have given me a loaner or half price for the 2 days you were closed! That was the reason for the previous 1 star! As far as services- gary was honest and upfront about my car! 5 star for Gary- 1 star for your rental policy!
Erik was amazing, extremely patient and knowledgeable. Definitely on my list for dealerships when considering buying a new vehicle!
