Came in for a recall and had to come back since it wasnt done properly. I had to really investigate and emphasize that ongoing issues were part of a faulty recall to avoid a $170 diagnosis charge. Rudely rushed with me signing recipts before I could read them.

Thanks to Krista, my experience was good! She was very helpful, kind, and went above and beyond! Andy was also just as great for being patient with me and answering ALL my questions! They were both very pleasant and I was very pleased! Thank you for making it painless!

I came in for an oil change and a malfunction for my car. They were very helpful with my car and very considerate. Gary was easy to get a hold of and explained everything. He was also able to accommodate for my needs.

I was traveling out of town when my titan broke down. I had it towed to Illini Nissan late at night and it was repaired by noon the next day. Great job!!!!!

We saw the car we wanted after hours the night before, but when we got to the dealer the next day we were told that it was spoken for. But the salesman and manager got it worked out so we could buy the car we wanted, and we drove away with it super satisfied.

Great experience with Krista, sales manager (Andy I think) and Kim! Definitely recommend any three of them.

Elijah was awesome! I was on my way to a branch that I manage when I had a large pothole on the highway Due to recent flooding. I drove three hours to Champaign to the branch that I was visiting that day and noticed that it drove funny as I only had the car for two weeks. I made an appointment with Illi Nissan for the next day. I left my car there for them to look at and within just about 30 minutes. Elijah called me and told me that my rim was bent and my tire was busted. I was upset of course because the car was new and Elijah told me he might not be able to get the parts until Thursday since it was so late in the day. I let him know that I only had my hotel until Wednesday, but I understood and could make arrangements if necessary. He said he would do some checking and call me back. Elijah called me back within 30 minutes and said that it was no problem. He could have the parts by Wednesday and he could have it fixed by 1 o’clock. At 1 o’clock on Wednesday Elijah called me and said that my car was done. They took care of me as if I had bought the car at their dealership and made sure that I was safe to drive home. I realize this is a lengthy review but I just can’t say enough about Elijah and Nicole in rental as well as the dealership itself. They employ good people who are respectful and polite and have your well-being at the forefront of their mind. I will return to this dealership every time I need anything when I am in the area. Thank you all for taking care of me in such a timely manner and ensuring I would make it home safely.

Squirrels chewed up the wires in my Nissan Rogue. I’m kind of new to the area and don’t have a mechanic yet. So I took my car to the dealership to be repaired. Two weeks later I got my car back yesterday and it seems to be working fine. Gary was very pleasant and thorough! He kept me and the insurance inspector informed of the service and costs along the way. I highly recommend him!
