I experienced exceptional service from service advisor Johnny MacFarlane today. He was very nice and polite. I was 4 hours from home and I hit a large piece of a tractor trailer tire with my 2021 Nissan Sentra. Unfortunately it damaged my front air dam and I had a large piece of plastic hanging down that I couldn't get loose. I went to Illini Nissan and Johnny got me in immediately and plastic piece was removed and I was able to drive home later. And no charge! Thank you again

Johnny MacFarlane is a great representative. Previously I had stopped taking my Nissan here bc service wasn't really that fast or pleasant. I'm happy to see there has been a major change. Appointment was finished within time window even though I added an oil change/tire rotation last minute. I don't know the name of the mechanics that worked on my Rouge but they took really good care of her and it was returned to me purring and spotless.

Brought my car in for service and they didnt miss a beat. Got 2 recalls done, rotated tires, oil change and a new battery. Took 1hr20m with other people waiting as well. Pricing is really solid as well so don't expect an insane dealership bill (unless your car is really messed up🤣)

Had a recall to get done on our 2004 titan. Figured I would get the tires balanced and rotated.
I did not have an appointment, but they took my Altima in with few questions and were upfront about potential charges. It all turned out to be under warranty (or recalls), so it cost me nothing and was ready for me first thing the following morning. The shuttle service also saved me two Ubers to get to back to my home and work. There is nothing more I could have asked for when it comes to a car with 158,000 miles on it.

The problem turned out to be a bad water pump. The issue was resolved that same day, and I got my car back. Outstanding service. Great staff and technicians.

Purchased a vehicle a couple years ago but living in another state, the warranty/service work wasn't convenient so we used a closer dealership. After getting into a mess with the other dealership, I called Vermilion and they got us in and taken care of in a matter of days while waiting weeks just for parts at the other. Highly recommend them for diesel work!

I experienced exceptional service from service advisor Johnny MacFarlane today. He was very nice and polite. I was 4 hours from home and I hit a large piece of a tractor trailer tire with my 2021 Nissan Sentra. Unfortunately it damaged my front air dam and I had a large piece of plastic hanging down that I couldn't get loose. I went to Illini Nissan and Johnny got me in immediately and plastic piece was removed and I was able to drive home later. And no charge! Thank you again

Worked with Lauren to purchase a Leaf EV last year and although the vehicle turned out to be a unicorn of a lemon, the assistance, responsiveness and respect I received from these three consistently showed why Illini Nissan is a great dealership to purchase from.

On the internet found a Pathfinder ,that I was interested in. called and talked with Lauren with no intention of buying came in and the sales folks tended to my needs. 3 hrs later I became the proud owner of a 24 Pathfinder, platium. Kevin the service manager and Caleb or Kaleb however it's spell, have dealt with me not once but twice in a year for a very difficult issue on my 2020 Malibu I cried , harassed and called a million times for something that was out of there control and they did everything in their power and worked their guys till they resolved my issue , they were understanding and caring and I'm glad that my car is fixed in a timely manner considering the issues , thanks a million you guys!!!

Johnny MacFarlane is a great representative. Previously I had stopped taking my Nissan here bc service wasn't really that fast or pleasant. I'm happy to see there has been a major change. Appointment was finished within time window even though I added an oil change/tire rotation last minute. I don't know the name of the mechanics that worked on my Rouge but they took really good care of her and it was returned to me purring and spotless.
Work was done faster than expected.
