Illini Nissan is amazing. My car had been broken into, and they fixed that and ran a point inspection and discovered my tires were at the point of dry rot (splitting on the treads!) and could have been a real disaster. I have been sick for the last year, so the car was the last thing I cared about (couldn't drive for 6 mo). Now the car runs so smoothly. Add all of that with excellent, friendly, and professional service, and you have a winner. I highly recommend Illini Nissan.

Everyone was so nice and I really enjoyed working with Gary. They do take some time but it is worth it. They are very thorough and have a great program to get coupons which I love.

I gave four stars not because of the service at Illini Nissan because they are great and I’m sure as frustrated as I am, but because Nissan corporation doesn’t stand behind their lemons. I have a 5yr horror story that Nissan can’t figure out. A new engine in a brand new 4 month old truck, yep I should’ve ditched it then, now I hear the Armadas are having the same issues. Get rid of them before your warranty runs out!

Came in for a recall and had to come back since it wasnt done properly. I had to really investigate and emphasize that ongoing issues were part of a faulty recall to avoid a $170 diagnosis charge. Rudely rushed with me signing recipts before I could read them.

I came here hoping to get a pre-owned car, but I ended up getting a better deal on a new one. It may not have been the exact car I originally intended to buy, but it’s perfect for what I need. Eric and Dave helped me get approved through the bank—they really know their stuff. Since I didn’t have a vehicle to pick up the car, Dave generously offered to deliver it to my home. They weren’t my first option, but I’m really glad I ended up getting the car from them. I was also able to avoid the extra charges other dealerships were adding. Overall, my experience was great. I never felt like I was treated as anything less than a priority customer—they took their time with me and answered all my questions. They also offer discounts for healthcare professionals, so I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my colleagues.

The team at Illini Nissan was great. They were friendly, transparent, and changed my tires and inspected my car with no problem. Getting the free rental car from them was great for me to go to work while they worked on my vehicle.

I came in for an oil change and a malfunction for my car. They were very helpful with my car and very considerate. Gary was easy to get a hold of and explained everything. He was also able to accommodate for my needs.

I was traveling out of town when my titan broke down. I had it towed to Illini Nissan late at night and it was repaired by noon the next day. Great job!!!!!

We saw the car we wanted after hours the night before, but when we got to the dealer the next day we were told that it was spoken for. But the salesman and manager got it worked out so we could buy the car we wanted, and we drove away with it super satisfied.

Great experience with Krista, sales manager (Andy I think) and Kim! Definitely recommend any three of them.
