We went to the dealership because we were traveling and were hearing noise coming from the tire or front end and needed it to be checked on before we continued our trip. They fit us into a busy schedule and had us in and out quickly. The service manager and service writer were super helpful. I would highly recommend this dealerships service department!

Kristi was very professional and knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue that we purchased in July. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle. Also a big shout out to Andy as well - we live 2.5 hours away and Krista helped us over the phone most of the day and when it was time to come in she was there and waiting and she’s so nice. We didn’t like the car we came in for but found another one we liked on the lot, but throughout the entire time she was not pushy once, and she was very relatable. Andy worked extremely hard on getting us a great deal and he was also extremely relatable and not pushy. I have way too much anxiety when I have to buy a car because of the typical “car salesman tactics”, but they were more like your friends than someone wanting to make $$ off you. More salesmen need to take that approach tbh. We got there later in the day and ended staying 2 hrs past close but nobody there seemed upset about it. They told us where there was food in town and Krista even gave my son HER car charger out of her own car because I had forgotten his at home. I rarely see dealerships with such a high rating on Google and it’s nice to see so many great things about it. Krista needs a raise! And I will let everyone I know to get their cars from here. Brett Patke is the best! He was genuinely a nice guy. He was knowledgeable ; patient with my questions; and did his very best to stick with my budget. He was very easy to talk to. It was good but price of truck went up alot

I started the interaction with the dealership online by submitting an inquiry online for a 2026 Silverado and a trade appraisal for my trade in. Hunter, my salesman, reached out to me promptly and confirmed availability and made an appointment with me to come to the dealership. Hunter was very professional, down to Earth, and easy to talk to. My buying experience overall was fantastic and I cannot say enough good things.

Everything and everyone was great. The female mechanic who greeted me at the door deserves a big shout out!! Her smile lit up the room. I was having a sad day and she totally helped, I was so glad I chose verm Chevrolet!!

Krista was extremely pleasant to work with! We drove a couple of hours to come see a vehicle. Someone else wanted to purchase the truck we were coming to see. They honored our appointment and didn’t sell it before we arrived. While we were working out a deal the other person who wanted it called to see if we had purchased the truck, which we did. I had an incredible experience with WMI Auto Spa, a subsidiary of the Illinois Nissan group, and I have to share it because businesses with this level of professionalism and care are rare. From the first phone call, Dan was personable, helpful, and zero-pressure. He remembered me when I called back, scheduled me quickly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We dropped our car off in the morning, and even though they estimated it would be ready at 4 PM, it was actually done earlier. When Dan walked my husband and me through the finished detail, I was genuinely blown away. As soon as we opened the door, that fresh “new car” smell hit us. Visually, the car looked better than the day we bought it — and we already keep it very clean. Here’s what impressed me the most: I’m very meticulous about my car and I knew exactly where the few stains were — but I never told them. They called it out to me at pickup! They steam-cleaned multiple times just to be sure it was perfect. To me, that showed skill, care, and pride in their work. They didn’t have to tell me — they could have just cleaned it and moved on — but the fact that they caught it on black seats was impressive to me. They deep-cleaned our rubber mats, cleared out compartments to clean inside, and neatly placed the few items we had into a box in the backseat. The level of respect they showed for our car was exceptional. Another thing that stood out: their entire facility is immaculate. Even before walking inside, you can see how clean and well-kept their lot is. Their tow truck looked like it belonged in a showroom. Inside, the work areas were spotless, and through the big windows, you can watch them detail vehicles with care and precision. Dan even took extra time after the job to give us advice on which high-quality seat covers to buy and discussing small paint scuffs on our car that we'd like fixed at some point. He told us they could install them — which is great because the covers we're getting are notoriously tough to put on correctly. If you’re looking for a detailing team that treats your car the way you treat it — with pride, precision, and extreme attention to detail — go to WMI Auto Spa. They’ve earned my loyalty for life. I’ll be returning quarterly or biannually. Highly, highly recommended.

Took my 2023 Titan in that I just purchased. Rear windows was rolling up slowly, the passenger side I had to assist it to close all the way. They told me the was dirt in the tracks and they lined everything up. The window does close by itself but it's still slow compared to the other windows. They told me it was fixed but I don't think so

I had a recall that Illini Nissan took care of. They explained what the recall was to my husband and we were happy with the result It was warranty so no cost.
